1. Information We Collect

When you authorize AI Agent Tool to interact with your third-party accounts, we receive and store only the minimal data necessary to execute your requested automation tasks:

  • Authentication Identifiers: Basic account details such as your user ID, email address, and profile name provided during OAuth authorization.
  • OAuth Tokens: Encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens required to interact with authorized APIs on your behalf.
  • Social Media Assets & Metrics: Post content (text, images, video links) scheduled by you, publication timestamps, and high-level engagement metrics (views, reactions) required to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Google Workspace Scopes Data: Spreadsheet row data or Drive file metadata explicitly designated for automation routines created by your workflows.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We utilize authorized data solely for the following explicit purposes:

  • Publishing approved media and post content directly to your connected Facebook Pages using the official Meta Graph API.
  • Uploading and managing scheduled video releases, thumbnails, and descriptions on your authorized YouTube channels via YouTube Data API v3.
  • Logging automation execution states and metrics to your authorized Google Sheets documents.
  • Monitoring platform error notifications and deliverability status.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

AI Agent Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • • We do NOT use Google user data to serve advertisements, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
  • • We do NOT sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to any external parties or data brokers.
  • • We do NOT use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models without explicit user consent.
  • • Human access to your data is strictly prohibited unless required to resolve critical technical errors with your explicit written authorization or to comply with applicable law.

4. Meta (Facebook) Platform Data Compliance

In accordance with Meta Developer Policies, AI Agent Tool requests only the specific permissions needed for page publishing and management:

  • pages_show_list: To display a list of Facebook Pages managed by the authenticated account so you can select destination targets.
  • pages_read_engagement: To verify publication success and analyze aggregate interaction statistics.
  • pages_manage_posts: To publish, edit, or delete posts created strictly through your automation workflows.

We do not request personal profile feeds, private friend lists, or non-business private messages.

5. Data Storage and Security

All OAuth credentials, client secrets, and access tokens are vaulted using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Edge architecture with strict isolated environment boundaries. Access tokens are automatically refreshed in memory and never stored in publicly readable logs.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

You retain absolute ownership of your data at all times. You have the right to revoke account access and request full deletion of all associated tokens and metadata:

  • Revoke via Google: Visit your Google Account Third-Party Permissions page and remove "AI Agent Tool".
  • Revoke via Facebook: Visit your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, find "AI Agent Tool", and click Remove.
  • Permanent Deletion Request: Visit our dedicated Data Deletion Instructions page or email us directly at [email protected]. We process all deletion requests within 48 business hours.
